Shipping Policy

Shipping Availability
Obsidian Peak Co.™ currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Shipping availability may be expanded in the future.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as promptly as possible. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or other circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and order details. Delivery estimates are provided by the applicable carrier and are not guaranteed by Obsidian Peak Co.™.

Shipment Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of Obsidian Peak Co.™. If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us at support@obsidianpeakco.com so we can help review the available tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@obsidianpeakco.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@obsidianpeakco.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and, for damaged shipments, photographs of the packaging and affected item(s) when available. We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.
